HEIDI KELLEY has been named executive director of the Binghamton (N.Y.) Philharmonic, effective March 1, 2013. She goes to Binghamton from the Abilene (Tex.) Philharmonic, where she is completing her tenure as executive director. Kelley served previously as marketing director of the Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra and Chorus in Fort Myers, Fla. She is currently working on a Ph.D. in public policy and administration.
