The North Carolina Symphony has announced two promotions. ROBERT SCHILLER, who joined the NCS staff in 2004, has been promoted to chief financial officer and senior vice president for finance and administration. AMY RUSSELL, after serving in a variety of roles in the orchestra’s artistic operations department over the past eight years, has been named artistic administrator.
