Tuesday (1/1/2013) on the InArkansas.com blog The Play, Lauren James reports, “The state’s symphony orchestra is giving Arkansans something to be excited about in the new year. The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra has introduced a three-concert chamber orchestra series in Little Rock—the Stella Boyle Smith Intimate Neighborhood Concert Series. This new series will allow concertgoers to hear the acoustic version of orchestral masterpieces—just the way the composers intended. The first concert in the series is slated for 7 p.m. Jan. 17, at Pulaski Heights Methodist Church and will feature the Justin Bischof on organ.”
