DEBRA SANDRY has been appointed executive director of Iowa’s Dubuque Symphony Orchestra. She recently completed eight years as director of development for the Quad City Symphony Orchestra (Davenport, Iowa), and spent two years in the League of American Orchestras’ Executive Leadership Program for Marketing and Development Professionals. Sandry holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Marycrest College in Davenport.
