In Friday’s (2/1) Philadelphia Business Journal, Natalie Kostelni writes, “After spending years and years at 260 S. Broad St. in Center City, the Philadelphia Orchestra has found new offices at nearby One South Broad St., where it has leased 16,000 square feet of space. Tactix Real Estate Advisors represented the orchestra in its search for new space that keeps it on the Avenue of the Arts and close to its performance space at the Kimmel Center. The organization, which emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, had been on a month-to-month arrangement at 260 S. Broad and couldn’t stay there. …  The new space, where the orchestra moved in last week, is a change from 260 S. Broad, where it had leased a full floor. … The space at One South Broad is being subleased from PNC Bank.”
