LIZ BENTLEY has been named director of development at the Amarillo (Tex.) Symphony. She was most recently director of development and communications for the Don Harrington Discovery Center in Amarillo. Prior to joining that organization in 2007 she spent five years as associate director of Amarillo’s Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts. An alumna of Tarleton State University (Stephenville, Tex.), Bentley is a board member of the High Plains Food Bank, a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Amarillo.
