New England Conservatory has announced that DAVID LOEBEL, associate director of orchestras in NEC’s College Division, will take on additional duties as music director of the NEC Youth Philharmonic Orchestra. HUGH WOLFF, who holds the Stanford and Norma Jean Calderwood Director of Orchestras post at the College, will serve as resident conductor of the NEC Youth Philharmonic.
