At Symphony in C (Camden, N.J.), PAMELA BRANT has assumed the presidency of the organization after serving as interim president since the departure of KRISHNA THIAGARAJAN, who left the orchestra in December 2012 to become executive director of New York’s Orpheus Chamber Orchestra. Brant first came to Symphony in C as vice president of marketing and public relations. Earlier in her career she was in the real estate field, and subsequently established and operated Brant’s Express, a local logistics company. Brant studied business administration at Messiah College in Grantham, Pa., and real estate sales at New Jersey’s Burlington County College.
