The Southwest Florida Symphony, based in Fort Myers, has announced the appointment of AMY GINSBURG PADILLA as director of strategic marketing and development. She served most recently as program director of the Jewish Federation of Lee & Charlotte (Fla.) Counties. Padilla previously spent five years as marketing and public relations director for the Gulf Coast Symphony in Fort Myers. Early in her career she was a jewelry designer, having studied fine arts at the University of South Florida and received a certificate from the Gemological Institute of America.
