The Cliburn, presenter of the quadrennial Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in Fort Worth, Tex., has announced two promotions. MARIANNE POHLE, a staff member since 2009, has been promoted from grants manager to director of development. ALISSA FORD, a certified public accountant who joined the staff in 2012 as director of finance, is now the organization’s chief financial officer.
