The Orchestra of St. Luke’s in New York City reports two recent administrative appointments. CRYSTAL WEI, who joined the orchestra as development manager with responsibilities in the area of individual giving, has been promoted to director of development; prior to OSL Wei was manager of individual giving at the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and she has also worked for the New Museum of Contemporary Art. DAVID WEBBER has been named director of finance and administration. Before joining the OSL in November 2013, Webber was finance director for the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival in Cold Spring, N.Y. He had earlier spent 20 years as a securities analyst for a variety of investment firms including Alex, Brown & Sons, UBS, and First Albany.
