The San Francisco Symphony has appointed RUSSELL KELBAN chief marketing officer. He brings to the orchestra more than 25 years of experience in marketing and sales, advertising, and brand strategy, most recently as senior vice president of marketing for Paramount Home Media Distribution. Kelban has held similar positions at Universal Pictures, The Walt Disney Company, Turner Broadcasting, and such Bay Area tech companies as Macromedia and Autodesk. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
