The Hilton Head (S.C.) Symphony Orchestra has announced a four-year renewal of JOHN MORRIS RUSSELL’s contract as music director. He assumed that post in 2012, and the new contract extends his tenure through the 2017-18 season. Since September 2010 Russell has also served as conductor of the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra.
