New York-based music publisher Boosey & Hawkes has announced the promotion of MARGARET F. HESKIN from editorial manager to editorial director. She succeeds the retiring RANDA KIRSHBAUM, who had led the editorial department since 2008. Heskin has been a member of the editorial department for five years, having earlier spent seven years as senior editor at Peermusic Classical and two years as assistant editor at Carl Fischer Music. Also announced by Boosey & Hawkes was the appointment of DAVID NADAL as managing editor.
