The Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra has announced the appointment of DAREN FUSTER as director of operations and artistic administration; he succeeds ANDREA LAGUNI, who is stepping down from the post after nineteen years to serve as an arts consultant. Fuster is founder and managing partner of the entertainment agency Pro Art Music LLC. An experienced arts administrator, entrepreneur, and musician (violin and viola), he has served as personnel manager and auxiliary musician with the Columbus (Ohio) Symphony Orchestra, and prior to that held posts in production, operations, and donor records management with the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra. Fuster is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music and earned master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
