The League of American Orchestras has joined #GivingTuesday, which harnesses the collective power charities, families, business, and individuals to transform how people participate in the giving season. Coinciding with the Thanksgiving Holiday and the kickoff of holiday shopping, #GivingTuesday is a reminder that this time of year is also about giving back to the organizations and charities that better our communities. The League encourages all of its member orchestras to participate in this philanthropic movement to unite with the greater non-profit sector.
Start off this holiday season with a gift to the League of American Orchestras. All gifts made on December 2 will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000, by an anonymous donor. The League of American Orchestras leads, supports, and champions America’s orchestras and the vitality of the music they perform.
