MAURICE F. EDELSON has been named vice president and general counsel at The Juilliard School. He goes to Juilliard from Time Warner Inc., where he served as senior vice president and deputy general counsel. Prior to joining Time Warner in 2013 he was affiliated with Time Inc., first as senior vice president of strategic planning and subsequently as general counsel and executive vice president, corporate development. A graduate of Columbia Law School, Edelson holds a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
