On February 20, the Phoenix Symphony’s 2015-16 season announcement will encompass three 30-minute mini-concerts of music by Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, and Dvorák, led by Music Director Tito Muñoz. The free concerts at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm—which the orchestra describes as a “sneak peak” of the upcoming season—are set to take place at Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, where Muñoz will speak about the music being performed and more generally about the orchestra’s upcoming season plans. Local food trucks and bars will be available in the courtyard before and after each concert, and Muñoz and orchestra musicians will mingle with guests after the concerts.
