In the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal on Thursday (2/19), Katharine Grayson reports, “The Minnesota Orchestra named Warren Mack, a partner at Minneapolis law firm Fredrikson & Byron, chairman of its board, effective immediately. Former Best Buy Co. Inc. executive Allen Lenzmeier was previously slated to take the job, but won’t be able to assume the role due to health issues, the orchestra said in a statement released Thursday. Mack has served on the orchestra’s board since 1998 and will succeed Gordon Sprenger. Mack has held seats on the boards of several Twin Cities nonprofits and businesses, including Golden Valley-based Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. and Robbinsdale-based North Memorial Health Care.”
