The Pacific Symphony, serving California’s Orange County and headquartered in Santa Ana, has announced two promotions. SUSAN MILLER KOTSES has been named vice president of education and community engagement. A member of the orchestra’s staff since 2007, she had earlier served as director of Class Act, as director of education and community engagement, and most recently as senior director of education. FRANK TERRAGLIO, the orchestra’s director of marketing for more than a decade, has been promoted to vice president of marketing and public relations.
