At the Mobile Symphony Orchestra in Alabama, J.C. BARKER has been promoted from director of artistic operations to general manager and director of artistic administration. A graduate of the Juilliard School, Barker has served as the orchestra’s principal clarinetist since 2009, and will continue to hold that post in addition to his administrative duties with the MSO.
