The Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra & Music School, based in Providence, has appointed MARI-ANN TASHJIAN SULLIVAN director of development. She brings nearly 20 years of fundraising experience to the job, most recently as assistant director for the annual fund at Johnson & Wales University in Providence. Sullivan is a native Rhode Islander and a graduate of Rhode Island College.
