The Fort Collins Symphony in Colorado is inviting amateur and professional photographers to submit images reflecting northern Colorado’s natural beauty, culture, and character. The top 75 to 100 photographs will be featured in the orchestra’s March 6, 2016 concert during a photo-choreographed piece about Fort Collins set to the music of Richard Meyer’s A Fiddler’s Fancy and Calvin Custer’s Central Coach Special, with photo-choreography by Nicholas Bardonnay of Westwater Arts Creative. Each winner will receive a framed copy of his or her photograph and will be recognized in the orchestra’s final season program in May 2016. The deadline is November 5 to submit photos to mkopco@fcsymphony.org with the subject line “Fort Collins Images.”
