Florida’s Artis—Naples has announced the appointment of JACLYN RAINEY as principal horn in the Naples Philharmonic, effective next season. JENNIFER GEORGE has been named to the orchestra’s violin section. Rainey is currently acting third horn with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra; she holds a bachelor’s degree in horn performance from the Eastman School of Music and a master’s from New England Conservatory. George recently completed a master’s degree in violin performance at Florida State University, and received her bachelor’s degree in violin performance from the Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt University in Nashville.
