SphinxCon diversity conference to take place in Detroit, Feb. 5-7

Early registration is available through December 18 for the Sphinx Organization’s annual diversity conference in Detroit, February 5-7, 2016, “SphinxCon: Ignite to Action.” At the conference, industry leaders will discuss solutions to challenges surrounding diversity in the performing arts sector. Among industry leaders who will make presentations at the conference are Trey Devey, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra; Aaron Dworkin, University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance; Mark Hanson, Houston Symphony; Paul Hogle, Detroit Symphony Orchestra; Ayanna Hudson, National Endowment for the Arts; Peter Landgren, College-Conservatory of Music (University of Cincinnati); Doug Stewart, Max M. & Marjorie S. Fisher Foundation; and Thomas Zurbuchen, Space Science and Aerospace Engineering, Entrepreneurship Education, University of Michigan.
