The Bay-Atlantic Symphony, based in Bridgeton, N.J., has announced the election of MARK SOIFER as president of its Board of Trustees. A member of the board since 2009, Soifer is a partner in the New Jersey law firm of Cooper Levenson. He has over 30 years of experience in business and commercial litigation, and has served as arbitrator or mediator for commercial disputes throughout New Jersey. Soifer is a graduate of Brown University and the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University.
