The Toronto Symphony Orchestra has announced the appointment of MARK RITTINGER as vice-president, development, effective March 1, 2016. For nearly half of his 20-year career in development, Rittinger has worked at York University’s Schulich School of Business in Toronto, most recently as executive director, development and alumni relations. He has also served as director of major gifts and New York Region campaign manager for the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business; and as vice president, development, for the Royal Ontario Museum Governors. Rittinger is currently director at large for the Toronto Area Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
