California’s Santa Rosa Symphony has announced the appointment of HEATHER BALITZKAT as director of development. Most recently director of development and marketing at the Springfield Foundation in Ohio, Balitzkat is a native of Toronto and received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Sheridan College in Brampton, Ontario. She also holds a certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
