Culture is synonymous with creation. It also creates a collective wealth that goes beyond economic benefits and statistics…. Today, I am announcing that our government will invest $675 million over five years to modernize and revitalize CBC/Radio-Canada in the digital era. I am also proud to announce that our government will invest a total of $1.9 billion over five years in the arts and culture sector.
