South Carolina’s Greenville Symphony Association has appointed ANDREW (ANDY) J. WHITE JR. interim executive director. He replaces the orchestra’s former executive director, SHERWOOD MOBLEY, who died on February 26, 2016. White recently retired from the law firm of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., where he was an equity owner. In addition to the Greenville Symphony, he is involved in numerous community organizations including the Strategic Coordinating Organization of Greenville Health System, the South Carolina Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Meals on Wheels of Greenville. The orchestra has begun a search for a permanent executive director.
