California’s Santa Rosa Symphony has appointed MATTHEW PAYNE youth ensembles manager. Most recently an equipment technician at California State University-East Bay, Payne is a composer, plays multiple instruments, and is a former member of the Young People’s Symphony Orchestra in Berkeley, Calif.
