DONATO CABRERA has signed a contract with the Las Vegas (Nev.) Philharmonic renewing his tenure for three years, through the 2019-20 season. The orchestra’s third music director since its inception in 1998, Cabrera has held the post since the 2014-15 season. He also serves as music director of the California Symphony (Walnut Creek, Calif), where he is now beginning his fourth season.
