NICOLE JORDAN has been named principal librarian at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra following an international audition process. She was previously assistant principal librarian at the ASO, and prior to assuming that post in 2011 Jordan spent three years as a library fellow with the Philadelphia Orchestra. She has served as ensemble librarian at Interlochen (Mich.) Center for the Arts; librarian at New Jersey’s Symphony in C; and head librarian for the American Academy of Conducting at Aspen Music Festival and School. Jordan holds a degree in viola performance from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a degree in music history from Temple University in Philadelphia.
