The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra has announced the appointment of KRISTIN CUTLER as director of communications, effective February 13, 2017. She was most recently media relations coordinator for Indianapolis Public Schools, and formerly worked in broadcast journalism producing daily live newscasts for FOX59 in Indianapolis and WTWO-TV in Terre Haute, Ind. Cutler is a former trumpet player; was a member of the Singing Hoosiers at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music; has performed in and directed productions for Footlite Musicals; and has directed student choruses and served as coach for area solo and ensemble contests.
