In a January 27 message to League of American Orchestras members about the new public policy environment, Jesse Rosen, the League’s president and CEO, said the League will “continue to directly represent orchestras before Congress, the White House, and federal agencies, and to mobilize our members for action when pivotal policy moments are upon us.”

Broadly speaking, the League recommends that orchestras embrace bipartisanship, partner and act locally, know their elected officials, show up and listen, talk to us, and keep making music that matters. Find the full message with details and guidance on these recommendations here
