GREGG GLEASNER has been named interim vice president for artistic planning at the New York Philharmonic. He is president of GleasnerMusic, an artistic consulting firm that has provided services to such organizations as the Cleveland Orchestra, the Dallas and Indianapolis symphonies, the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, and Music Academy of the West. Prior to founding GleasnerMusic in 2011 he spent twenty years with the San Francisco Symphony as director of artistic planning. Gleasner had earlier worked as a vice president and artist manager at Columbia Artists Management Inc.
