The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra has named JOSHUA B. LEE as vice president of development. Lee currently serves as executive associate director of major and advanced gifts for the Indiana University School of Medicine, and begins with the ISO on May 1. At the Indiana University School of Medicine, Lee led the major gifts team, increasing planned gifts by hundreds of millions of dollars over a five-year period. Lee led the School of Medicine’s major gifts team during IU’s $2.5 billion Bicentennial Campaign. A graduate of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Lee gained experience in the financial field at National City Bank. A member of the Indiana and Indianapolis Bar Associations, Lee volunteers with HOSPICE to provide estate planning and end-of-life planning documents for terminally ill patients. He also serves on the board of Progress House, a residential rehabilitation facility for men recovering from addiction.
