Florida’s Jacksonville Symphony has named JOLYNNE JENSEN vice president and chief development officer and KAYE GLOVER major and planned gifts officer.

JoLynne Jensen will lead the Jacksonville Symphony’s recently announced $50 million Vision 2020 campaign with co-chairs Gilchrist Berg and Carl Cannon. Over fifteen years, Jensen served in several roles at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, including vice president of development. Jensen’s previous experience includes executive director of the advisory board of the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas, where she planned and implemented a $32 million capital campaign. Since 2009 she has worked as a consultant guiding nonprofit organizations with capital campaigns, infrastructure, board development, governance, strategic planning, and fundraising. She has served as adjunct professor in the Arts Management and Arts Entrepreneurship Program at SMU in Dallas.

Kaye Glover most recently was development director of the educational foundation Focus on Excellence. Previously, she served as the director of development for the Jacksonville Symphony for more than seven years. Glover has volunteered on many community boards and also served as president of the Women’s Board for Jacksonville Wolfson Children’s Hospital. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Mercer University in Macon, Ga.
