AMY ADKINS will step down as president of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra in July, after six years in the position, to become president of the All Saints Health Foundation in Fort Worth. Prior to her six years as the orchestra’s president, Adkins served as its vice president of development from 2002 to 2011. The Board of Directors will begin a search for her replacement immediately.
