The Long Beach Symphony in Orange County, California, has announced a three-year contract extension for Executive Director KELLY LUCERA. Lucera’s accomplishments during her four years with the symphony include ending each year with a surplus, hiring Eckart Preu as music director, and negotiating a three-year collective bargaining with musicians that includes a modest increase in wages as well as in the number of rehearsals.
