The Greenville Symphony Association in South Carolina has appointed JULIANNE M. FISH executive director, effective July 17, 2017. She replaces Interim Executive Director Andrew (Andy) J. White Jr., who has been serving since March 2016, following the death of Executive Director Sherwood Mobley.

Most recently Fish served as vice president/chief operating officer of the Columbus Symphony in Columbus, Ohio. She previously was vice president/general manager of the Milwaukee Symphony, vice president/chief operating officer of the San Antonio Symphony, and vice president/general manager of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. Fish was a French horn performance major at Ohio State University and the Cleveland Institute of Music, and led four touring ensembles with the United States Air Force.
