DEBBIE FORSBERG has been named chief financial officer of Florida’s Jacksonville Symphony. Forsberg will be responsible for the operational, financial, and risk management of the organization including the development of financial strategies. She will also work to develop and execute the Jacksonville Symphony’s overall strategic plan. Forsberg most recently served as chief executive officer at Innovative Business Relations Group, where she worked to increase profitability, manage the budget, and ensure efficiencies within management. Previously, she spent ten years as the chief operating officer at S&P USA Ventilation Systems, where she oversaw all operations of the organization as well as all financial and budgeting reports. Forsberg studied at Jacksonville University and finished her bachelors of science degree in business management at the University of Phoenix. She earned her masters of business administration from Webster University.
