At the Phoenix Symphony, RON FREDMAN has been appointed chief development officer and TAMMY ROCKER vice president of development.

 

Ron Fredman was most recently chief development officer at the Kansas City Ballet, and was previously chief fundraiser for the Kansas City Symphony and Houston Symphony. His background includes more than a decade as a fundraising consultant, chiefly with Hartsook Companies, where he was executive vice president. He has worked with cultural organizations, social services, youth groups, schools, religious institutions, healthcare associations, and foundations.

An Arizona native, Tammy Rocker joins the Phoenix Symphony from her post as chief development officer for Circle the City, a nonprofit providing for the healthcare needs of those experiencing homelessness. She has over 20 years of experience as a nonprofit executive in development. At the American Heart Association, she held leadership roles over twelve years, and she and her team won an array of national and affiliate awards.
