Nonprofits are not immune to instances of sexual misconduct, writes BoardSource CEO Anne Wallestad in the February 22 edition of Nonprofit Quarterly, and she recommends several questions every board should be asking. Passive commitment to solid policy is not enough, Wallestad writes, and boards should examine their organization’s culture and make any necessary changes. Read the article here.
