On November 18, musicians from the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra will perform live as the 1925 silent film The Freshman, a comedy starring Harold Lloyd, is screened at Riverview Cinemas in Southbury, Connecticut. Music Director Leif Bjaland will conduct the concert, which is part of the orchestra’s Music in Great Spaces series. Other concerts in the series this season include a chamber music concert at Gerald Incandela Art Studio in Torrington, music for brass and organ at churches in Newtown and Waterbury, and a Dvořák program at the Mine Hill Distillery in Roxbury.
