The Juilliard School is presenting a series of free, live-streamed master classes this season. Cellist Steven Isserlis led a class on December 7, and coming up are master classes with violinist Ronald Copes and cellist Astrid Schween of the Juilliard String Quartet (Tuesday, December 18); baritone Gerald Finley (Friday, January 25); and violinist Areta Zhulla and violist Roger Tapping of the Juilliard String Quartet (Tuesday, March 26). Juilliard musicians have the opportunity to work with these artists during the master classes, which are open to the public and take place at the Juilliard School in New York City. Visit https://www.juilliard.edu/live to watch the live streams for free. A delayed stream of Steven Isserlis’s master class will be available at medici.tv at 4:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, December 15. Juilliard’s master classes take place throughout the year; tickets to the in-person events cost $10 and are available at https://www.juilliard.edu/calendar.
