KEYSHIA TAMAR HAITHCOCK has been appointed director of development and public relations at North Carolina’s Greensboro Symphony Orchestra. She succeeds Chief Operating Officer DANIEL M. CRUPI, who assumes the role of executive director with the Santa Fe Symphony Orchestra and Chorus in New Mexico this March. Haithcock goes to Greensboro Symphony Orchestra from the United Way of Greater Greensboro, where she has served as development manager since 2017. She holds a BA in music performance from Bennett College and a post-baccalaureate certificate in nonprofit management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Haithcock has served on the board of directors of the Greensboro Symphony’s young professionals group since 2015, acting as chair in 2017-2018. She also has served as a board member of the Piedmont Triad Blues Preservation Society, a cabinet member and past chair of United Way Young Leaders, a pianist and worship leader at Cathedral of His Glory in Greensboro, and an active member of the NC Triad Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
