LLOYD TANNER has been appointed executive director of Festival Mozaic, the classical music festival in San Luis Obispo County, California. Tanner most recently served as principal of Double L Analytics and Consulting, where his clients included Los Angeles Opera, Opera Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. Prior to his consulting work, Tanner was director of development position with the Broad Stage in Santa Monica, California, where he oversaw a $5 million budget and planned board development, endowment, and capital campaign strategies. He has also held several positions with LA Opera, including associate director of development and director of business development. Tanner spent several years in Washington, DC in development positions at the Washington Ballet and Washington National Opera. He holds a bachelor of music degree from Southern Methodist University. Scott Yoo is music director of Festival Mozaic.
