CHARLIE WADE, senior vice president for marketing and business operations at the Seattle Symphony and Benaroya Hall for the past five years, is stepping down to join the Inghilleri Consulting Group. ICG, which is focused on customer experience development, has a range of corporate, health care, sports, and legal clients. Most recently the firm has begun working with New York’s Museum of Modern Art, and worked previously with Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the New York Philharmonic, and the Seattle Symphony. Wade’s role will be to further develop ICG’s cultural arts portfolio. In addition, Wade will continue his own consulting and coaching work in the orchestra field and his role on the faculty of Roosevelt University’s Masters in Arts Administration program. Wade, who went to Seattle after fourteen years in a similar marketing and business role at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, will continue to be based in Seattle.
