The four-day event will feature talks, addresses, and panel discussions on topics relevant to women in the classical music industry, including pathways for change, empowering decision makers, career development, and the importance of role models. The symposium will also include networking events, performances, and opportunities for peer engagement on the unique experiences of women in classical music.

The League of American Orchestras is the sponsor of the symposium’s Keynote Presentation and Luncheon featuring keynote speaker soprano Dawn Upshaw on Wednesday, November 6.
